When traveling on concert tours Irwin often would obtain many of these articles from both tour crew members and venue staff, and some items he obtained directly from the celebrity. Among the vast number of entertainers that he came in contact with, worked with, and knew was Freddie Mercury. Irwin worked with Freddie on a few occasions and during one of their meetings Irwin told Freddie about the collection he and his wife Clarine had been collecting. Freddie then gifted Irwin some of his personal items including these shorts that he had worn on stage in performance.Size: Custom made, there is no label inside the shorts indicating size, however we estimate them to be a size small.
