I purchased this knife from a private dealer at a knife show. Told me that they were hard to find, even for Frost dealers. It has lived in my collection for almost twenty years and still delights me and impresses others with its size and absurdity. The knife is finely finished, proper for its use as a sales-display. Blades are stainless steel, frame and bolsters are brass, springs are carbon steel, handles are dyed and layered woods, depth-sanded from center-swell to show different colors underneath. Walk and talk are better described as Stomp and Shout. An eye catcher, as it was meant to be. Value is in original condition, designed by one of American cutlery's most innovative promoters, Jim Frost, and its unusual size, being a conversation starter in knife-interest company.
