Hanover Junction Train Junction (station) Constructed in 1853 for the Hanover Branch Rail Road, this building played a major role in the Battle of Gettysburg and was a stop for President Abraham Lincoln on his way to give the Gettysburg Address in 1863. It later became a hotel and telegraph school. Located in Hanover Junction, York County, Pennsylvania. Added to the National Register of Historic Places in May, 1995.
