I believe all pieces are there except for the other half of the cardboard stick pile so it’s doesn’t stand upright, but this does not not limit the ability to play and imagine with this set. The trees do not like to stand easily as the bottoms of them are not completely level. There are a few areas of wear (see photos), but overall excellant condition. Colors may vary by screen. T198
