We verified that it has all the pieces to set up, and the tilt/swivel dials work. The antenna movement feels a little flimsy and this should probably not be used in high wind conditions. Please NOTE: assembly of the antenna dish from its seven component pieces was a little tricky, and alignment of the panels is easier to get wrong by a few millimeters than to have perfect alignment.
