There is absolutely no difference between both of them. Polycarbonate is highly transparent to light and has good optical clarity. Stiff and strong material that can retain its rigidity up to 284°F (140°C). Has a glass-like appearance but is 250 times the impact resistance of glass making it virtually shatterproof. Can withstand sun exposure before “yellowing” for about 5-7 years.
