I have no idea of this is a monogram, an organization’s symbol or just a part of the spoon’s design – if I turn the spoon one way, it looks like an ‘M’. Turn it another way and it looks like a stylized flying bird.Back of spoon is also stamped with a maker’s mark, ‘90’ and ‘TH.
