Description: For sale is a custom pistol grip shifter handle for T5, T45, T56, and Tremec TKO500/600 transmissions, ideal for Mustangs and many other vehicles. To fit a TKX, the mounting holes will need to be slightly enlarged for 3/8" bolts. This part comes in natural, unfinished aluminum. It will have a rough surface edge from the laser cutting process, requiring the buyer to perform metal finishing for a show quality. This version is ideal for those looking to apply their own custom finish like polishing, painting, powdercoating, etc. It's strong, durable, and very unique compared to traditional shifter handles & knobs. It's made from 1/2" thick aluminum (Grade 5052 H32) and laser cut right here in the USA. It's approximately 8" tall with a setback offset of approximately 3". It features the standard 2-bolt flange common among these transmissions. Included are two M8 socket head mounting bolts and two lock washers. Note: If using your stock shifter boot, you may need to expand the top opening slightly to fit the base of the shifter through the boot. Please let me know if you have any questions.
