New York Hardcover: Sunning to the edges of the book and the spine. Top and bottom edges of the spine are bent. All corners are bent. White end papers and pages are free of markings. Dust cover: Piece missing at the bottom of the spine as well as the back top edge. Tears along the bottom and top edges. Wear at the corners. 3) The Clock strikes Twelve 1951. Hodder & Stroughton, London Hardcover: Top and bottom edges of the spine are bent. All corners are bent. White end papers and pages are free of markings. Dust cover: White is showing on the edges of the dust cover. Top and bottom edges have small tears as well as the top edge. All corners have wear. 4) Spotlight. 1952 Hodder & Stroughton, London Hardcover: Slant to the spine. Top and bottom edges of the spine are bent. All corners are bent. White end papers and pages are free of markings. Dust cover: Pieces missing at the bottom of the spine and at the top. All corners are missing/wear.
