Description: Beautiful original watercolor from 1954. Done on heavy watercolor paper. Signed with initials V. B., and on the back V. Blair is in pencil, dated '54.It's old, the paper has some yellowing on the back. At one time it appears to have been mounted or hung with tacks piercing the corners and edges of the painting. Please look at the photos which show these small holes. A matte and frame could cover these.Collectible.
