Despite Lionsgate not knowing that this is a licensed item, it was licensed by them to ICUP several years ago. Lionsgate is a company that has no idea of what they have licensed to manufacturers and so are continually claiming items legally made and sold as unlicensed. We are continually educating them but it is a slow process as they do not like to admit to ebay when they are wrong (which is always). It is a new and unused glass that is dishwasher safe and stored in a smoke and pet free environment.
