Please look at the photographs and you will see that the surface finish on these is very clean because of the plating on the steel. All of these were manufactured in Massachusetts in the United States. Please note that these are not the cheaper Chinese collars that everybody else sells. Please note that I have several more sizes and surface finishes available in my eBay store. All of the dimensions can be seen in the photographs. These collars were taken out of old failing packaging and had a very thick coating of molasses like gummy oil residue left on the surface. As can be seen in one of the photographs these were cleaned in a solution of lacquer thinner and acetone. These are now stored in a metal cabinet in an air-conditioned environment. These collars are considered to be new old stock. These have never been used but may show some signs of age or shelf wear including a minor coating of surface rust that does not affect the performance of the collar. Please note that with each grouping of items you are looking at the actual photographs to determine what the surface finish looks like. I always include photographs that have a good average cross-section of all of the items mixed together so that you will not be disappointed and receive something that looks worse than the photographs. As can be seen in the photographs a majority of these were stacked so that you could see the set screws. A great deal of time was taken to ensure that each one of these has a set screw and they are double checked before they are mailed. Once again I have several more sizes of these available in my eBay store. Some of these are very rare hard-to-find sizes for the prices that I am selling these for.
