The sides have some slight yellowing. Controller plug has what appears to be corrosion. Sticks move well and buttons and triggers are responsive. Exterior has been sanitized with 91% isopropyl alcohol. I used both a microfiber cloth and a toothbrush for cleaning. As I lack the appropriate tools, the controller has not been opened nor has the interior been cleaned. Controller has been tested and works great. Please see photos for better detail.
