It is really beautiful in a Silk fabric of beige, rust and brown floral print. It has right-sided flat sewn pleats at the top that open up at the bottom. Waist is a flat front and elastic on back. Measuremets are: Waist is 13” (Relaxed) to 18” (Stretched) and Length is 28”. This has been in storage for a number of years, so is a great find.I Do Not accept returns unless defective.
