With the stock heatsink you can expect 84°C at full load and a huge performance draw back from thermal throttling. With these completely stripped and cleaned cards with new thermal pads on the top and bottom, individual heatsinks for the mosfets, and a seperate AIO with MX6 thermal paste for the combined gpu/memory chip die. These cards hit a max temperature of 38°C on max load while overclocked and idle at 21°C. Reason for choosing these AIO's for this card line up was because of the iCue software that allow you to maximize and customize your leds, fan curves, and monitor the coolant temperatures seperately from the graphic card fan curve and controls in MSI afterburner.
