They are marked 4.0 uf 600v, and test good, around 4.3-4.5 uf, with very low leakage/ESR. They are guaranteed to work great for you. Please see my pictures for details and sample test results. These will have matching date codes but they may have slightly different date codes than the ones in the pictures. US shipping and handling is $8, and international is $28.
