Description: This was purchased at a liquidation sale of a specialty electronics repair company that went out of business in Indianapolis, due to the owner passing away. It appears this may have been on the bench for repair. This is solely based on the sticker placed on the front of the unit stating that it needs to be repaired or calibrated before use. I don't have the slightest idea how this equipment is used or how to test it. I plugged it in and the light came on on the meter. That's all the information I have.
