Description: "Near Mint" Sailor 1911 Fountain Pen, Japan Midnight Blue Cap & Barrel w/Gold Trim Beautiful 21K 875 Gold Nib, Extra Fine This is a very attractive Sailor Fountain Pen in rich Midnight Blue. The top has a cool Sailor Anchor symbol(see pictures) Nice balanced shape characteristic of Japanese pens and rich contrast between the midnight blue body & gold trim. The nib is marked, "Sailor 1911 21K 875" and has the hallmark anchor symbol there as well. The nib is Extra Fine, EF with mild flexibility(see pictures). Condition is "Near Mint". There are no cracks, scratches, teeth marks, or significant use wear. It has been dipped and tested with ink or ink cartridge...but looks rarely used. Fills by Sailor cartridge or Sailor converter for filling from an ink bottle. Note: This pen does not come with ink converter! Great for collector or for extra fine writing.
