The leather is still nice and soft with no major scuffs or damage. They do have a fantastic distressed and discolored look about them because they have been worn. The boot leather is firmly attached to the souls. The souls do show some signs of wear but they have plenty of life. I am going to price these well so in case the purchaser wants to they can get the heels and soles repaired They are marked size 9 but I have a size 9.5 and they fit me great so I think they may run a little bit large.
