This item is factory near mint or better with only possibly slightly of case/storage wear... no dings or deep scratches or anything making it less than a c9 unused item. It is quite nice and has the limited edition three figure assortment. These were more commonly made without figures... this is the limited edition set and a beautiful item for display.
