Not sure on the exact material over the shiny metal, but it's like a velvety felt. Or maybe a felty velvet. Lol. The metal is chrome-like and usually leans toward a warmer, gold-like shine, but sometimes it's more silvery depending on the lighting. Simple, beautiful, elegant. You could even use it to hold candy or a small plant! Approximately 5 inches high and 4.5 inches across. Holder only; candle not included. Although this item is brand new from Bath & Body Works, there may be some very minor scuffing/scratches and/or minor spots where the flocking was pushed in or creased a little bit during transit. They came like this directly from BBW, and as you may expect, this can easily happen depending on how they are packed/shipped from BBW.
