The price listed includes the following: 1. Replace all capacitors and use Japanese, high quality capacitors2. RGB bypass to get the sharpest video quality from your Neo Geo Aes ( if you have the first PCB then it will be a video upgrade, no need for an RGB bypass, the 5 video capacitors and 5 corresponding resistors will be upgraded. Note that the RGB bypass and/or video upgrade will only be noticeable through Scart and an upscaler. 3. A power LED light will be installed in reset button. Some pictures attached show some colors just for reference. You may choose from red, orange, green, blue, white, and gold. Note that the led light glows more in darker rooms (in low daylight). 4. Unibios 4.0 chip along with new socket will be installed. 5. The price you are paying as listed includes the shipping back to buyer. Disregard Ebay's shipping estimate period. You have to send me your console, I take one day to work on it, and then I have to send it back. If you need a new RGB Scart cable, I have these for sale.
