Description: Zia Pueblo pottery small pot with traditional designs by we known and celebrated potter Eusebia Shije. Made by Eusebia Toribio Shije she is a traditional potter from Zia Pueblo. She earned the Richard M. Howard award for Best Traditional Zia Pottery at the Santa Fe Indian Market in 1980 and 1981, the Indian Arts Fund Award for Overall Excellence in 1984, and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place awards for a number of years at the Santa Fe Indian Market. This piece is a fine example of her work. This pot measures approximately 3" wide by 2-5/8" tall. There are no chips or cracks, only minor scuffs consistent with its age. Please review the photos as they are a large part of the description and a testament to its condition. This pot is coming from a smoke free home and will be carefully packaged.
