Musicman bass guitar 4 string short scale

Description: Up for sale is my Ernie Ball Stingray short scale from a very limited run in 2022.I have to be UP FRONT HERE and explain the story behind the upgrades so there are no hidden secrets and ya know what ur buying.When I bought this bass it was listed in EXCELLENT condition.When it arrived at my home via UPS and as the driver was walking up my walk way I heard this loud rattling sound coming from the shipping ctn.I cringed and said uh oh and as I guessed, when I took the bass out of the gtr shipping box there was 2 small ctns and a 3 ft length of bubble wrap thrown in and that was considered the packing.It was NO way near the Reverb packing/shipping standards that apply and explained the damage to the electronics which is explained below.Then I took the bass out of the case which again had absolutely NO packing what so ever inside or detuned.When I went to play the bass the push/push button would not respond and would cut in then cut out and the neck needed to be adjusted.So after going through 6 1/2 weeks of hell back n forth between the seller and Reverb and getting stuck somehow with this bass I decide to bring it to my luthier from (Larry Fitzgerald Guitars) and had him do the upgrades to this bass which are explained below.And YES..... the seller did step up and do the right thing and pay for the repairs, then I decided to add the Bartolini pick up. (The original MM pick up will come with this bass.)JUST HAD TO BE HONEST AND UPFRONT!!The body itself is in mint condition.roasted maple neck with rosewood fretboard and passive electronics.The pickguard is a a blue tortoise shell, but will come with the original pickguard.Comes with a Music Man plastic hard shell case.7lbs 13.9ozScale: 30”Pick Up:The Ernie Ball Music Man passive humbucking pickup has been replaced with a Bartolini MMSCBC humbucking pickup.
