Description: This is a rare and special box set of three 7" vinyl records titled "Music Out of the Moon" by Harry Revel. The records are in excellent shape and come with their original inner sleeves and covers. The cardboard book sleeves are also included and are in very good shape. The vinyl records are in shellac material and have a speed of 45 RPM. The records feature the composer's own theremin with orchestra, conducted by Leslie Baxter. The style of the music is a beautiful blend of easy listening, space age, and neo-romantic genres, with a mix of pop, jazz, and classical influences. The records were released in 1947 under the Capitol label and have a catalogue number of CC 47. This is a collector's edition and a must-have for any vinyl record collector. My wife's mother gave us several old records to sell for her. She does not know the condition because she has not played them in years. We do not have a record player so we can't say if they play good or not. All offers will be considered carefully.
