Description: Used and not working Morse-Starrett (Pell Cable Cutter Co.) Hydrashear. 3/4 inch capacity. Bought for one project some years ago and has sat idle in workshop since. The ram will not activate. May be low fluid or worn parts. I do know that the Suction Valve Plug needs replacing. Parts are readily available from several sources. I no longer need this item as my cable cutting days are limited to 3/16 inch. Will ship FEDEX or USPS flat rate (my choice).
