Optically 100% clear inside, there are no scratches, no haze, no opalescence, no airbubbles, no fungus between the glass elements and there’s no dust inside! Also there are no cleaning marks on the glasses! There are no scratches or any paint missings on the lens body. Focus is smooth and the aperture works fine. The diaphragm blades move nicely in every aperture position. The aperture blades are 100% clean, there’s no oil on them! The lens has multi coated layers (MC) on every glass elements, thanks for that it's avoiding the lens from flare, and also has an auto / manual (A/M) aperture switch. In my opinion the RED MC version is the best Carl Zeiss serie that ever made. The lens will fit all M42 screw mount cameras and can be adapted to DSLR or mirrorless digital cameras with an adapter (not included)!
