An AMAZING drawing of MICKEY MOUSE! These early ones are quite rare. It is from Walt Disney's Mickey's Man Friday form 1935. It was directed by Wilfred Jackson. Legendary animators who worked on this short included Ollie Johnston, Hawley Pratt, Art Babbitt and more! AND this was way back when Walt Disney Himself still voices Mickey! The sheet is 2-peghole animation paper and is toned warm yellow with age. It's from around the 2:47 mark (depending on the version) - we grabbed a screen cap from the section (see above). Measures 9.5" x 12". Age toning to the paper. Small tear in bottom edge, center. Some crinkling including 2 small lines of crinkle 1 of which touches the base of Mickey's ear. We will mount this gorgeous piece of art in an acid-free, 4-ply paper mat that measures 11" x 14" - so you can just buy your own frame and hang it in your home gallery.
