Sight is about 10 years old so the tritium is about half as bright as brand new, but it's still visible in low light conditions. It's hard to get a picture of the dot. It's much bigger in person, but the camera doesn't want to focus on it. Still perfectly serviceable under lighted conditions since it uses fiber optics to illuminate the reticle with ambient light. Glass is clear. There's one small blemish in the finish from light use.
