It's in pretty good condition for age. This is a very fragile toy due to age. Please be aware that you need to assemble this slowly and gently. The plastic is fragile and brittle. Included is instructions for assembly. Also included is the set to make ylthe fireplace light up, but I never used it. Top right hand side I had some trouble with a screw, so I left it in. It appears to possibly be stripped. Please see pics. The pictures are also a huge part of the description so please examine. Everything you see is included. Thanks
