Comes with Ball zinc screw cap with milk glass insert. The SGCo monogram refers to the Swayzee Glass Co of Swayzee, Indiana. Circa Late 1800s to Very Early 1900s. CA811 Very good for age. There are bubbles and bubble pops in the glass.
