Description: True vintage MARUEM makeup case/suitcase with perfectly functional hinges and side lock. Case doesn't actually lock and there is no key.Lock and hinges are made by a company called Hinomoto Original owner - a 99 year-old woman - mostly kept in storage for over 60 years. The vinyl is peeling at some seams and needs gluing - prefferably a resin glue so it isn't weak. The case is made form a thin wood as you can see underneath the peeling vinyl. They don't make them this way anymore. MEASURES 13x11, inside dimensions.Interior is in beautiful shape. No tears, no damage, no loose threads.Inside is made form a silk-like polyester in a beautiful red color. diamond stitching. Has two pockets and a stretch belt clip to hold down items. No returns.
