I obtained two identical units. This one is for you. I will be in the other one. Upon payment, you will receive a confirmation and a guest certificate. I will verify names with you before I issue the guest certificate. It will have the name on it that you provide me. If you are sharing this unit, the name you give me will be the one to check in. There may be some additional fees payable to the resort at check-in. You are responsible for these fees. I have never stayed at this property, but have stayed at many Marriott timeshares, They are all first class. The villa size and configuration have been similar to this unit and is very spacious.
