Return policy details: In all cases, please contact us before returning any items. FAULTY GOODS Any item sent which was found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt. Postage costs to return any faulty item will only be refunded if the item is proved to be faulty or was 'not as described' on the eBay listing the purchase applies to. Once received, and the fault or damage has been confirmed, a replacement will be sent (at our expense). If a replacement cannot be found, then a refund of the original purchase amount will be given.
