MacGregor in the logo, as John McGregor was in partnership with Crawford and Canby, whose names you'll see on original MacGregor hickory shafts; and they used MacGregor instead of McGregor to make the name look more Scottish) . Club has been restored to playing condition (the shaft has been refinished and freshly shellacked, the clubhead was removed and repinned with a brass pin and epoxied, and the club was regripped with a cowhide wrap leather grip with the suede side out). I used this for a few rounds of hickory golf and it hits well; I hit it around 190-200 if I hit it in the sweet spot.39 inch club length, D6 swing weight, 19 degree loft.
