Description: This is Gorgeous Antique Mabie Todd & Co. SWAN Fountain Pen Made in New York. The pen is a lever filler with a Mabie Todd & Co. nib and the screw on cap with a pocket clip. The nib is marked: MABIE TODD & CO. N.Y. -1-. The pen is marked around the bottom rim: "SWAN PEN" MABIE, TODD & CO. NEW YORK, MADE IN U.S.A. The pen is 4-5/8 inches long with the cap on including the ring on top. With the cap off the pen measures 3-7/8 inches long from the end to the tip of the nib. This pen has been well cared for and has only minor signs of use. Condition: This pen has not been restored and not tested. The lever does flip up and snap back into place fine. The nib looks to be in nice condition. There are minor scratches from use. The ring on top appears to have the gold fill worn through (easy to replace if this is important to you). There is a line in the metal on the ball of the pocket clip that looks original. The pen is personalized. This item is sold as is. Please ask all questions before purchasing. Thank you.
