Trader-BOB's MUSIC offers a Lyon and Healy / Washburn Musical Instrument Company advertising / shipping crate. As near as I can tell the year range of the picture of the four youngsters playing their instruments was used in advertising, between 1989, and 1905. This was ascertained by a few L&H ads found on Mandolin Cafe, and eBay. The ad, I have pictured is from Mandolin Cafe. I cannot find another of these anywhere on the web. Measures, 19" x 18-3/4" x 12". Read my feedback, buy with confidence!
