Everything shown is included.Mufflers, head pipes, exhaust collars with shims, nuts and bolts. Baffles are still in the mufflers. Nice looking set. The left muffler has a shallow crease/dent as seen in the second photo. The left one also has a small hole at the bottom near the real tip. The last photo shows the muffler placed in it's "mounted" position, the hole would not been seen in my opinion. It would be easy to repair by braising or soldering. These are getting harder to find in this condition.
