Lord of the Rings Deluxe Gift Pack Fellowship of the Ring (French Variant?)

Description: I offer for your consideration a Lord of the Rings, Fellowship of the Ring (French Variant?), Deluxe Gift Pack. I purchased this during Christmas season in the early 2000's from a local Walmart. It was in the Lay Away/Returns pile and I had an associate pull it out for me. You see it in the original shape I received it in that day. It has sat behind glass in a non-smoking home since. Legolas looks like he is missing his bow and quiver. Gandalf is white instead of grey and does not have a hat. There is also a loose tie down in the box. Please see pictures. I am selling my collection of Lord of the Rings action figures to reduce the clutter in my house and make room to display other collectables I have.
