Description: Longaberger Basket 2002 Small Fruit Brown Swing Handle “Defective” Classic Brown My Longaberger collection gave me many years of joy. It’s time to pass them along to other collectors. See pictures for condition and sizes. I bought this one from Longaberger factory on a trip to Dresden, OH. When the baskets didn’t meet quality control specifications they deemed them defective. Therefore, the date and weaver’s initials are black marker-ed out. Not sure what was defective about this basket. The swing handle works fine. It does have wear to it, but that’s from me using it (see pictures). From my personal collection and smoke free home.
