Description: Rare limited edition engraved 1979 bronze and enamel commemorative medallion in original box marking a visit by members of Jeunesse et Montagne to the legendary Cristallerie d’Arques glass factory in Arques France. Jeunesse et montagne (JM) is an organization created in August 1940, in order to provide training for young people. Jeunesse et montagne is therefore a sister organization of the Chantiers de la jeunesse française. It is also the ancestor of the current UCPA, leisure center for young people. ​
