Description: Vintage Lie, Cheat & Steal The Game of Political Power I bought this vintage board game thinking my family would circle around the table and enjoy an ironic game during these interesting political times. I gathered the family together for a board game night, and four of us set to playing. By the end, we were desperately trying to lose so we could move on to anything else. Personally, I like the box. If I had any space on my walls (I do not, because my walls are filled with pictures of my beloved but now slightly bitter family) I would find a way to display the box, and perhaps the game board as well. The box shows some wear, but is holding together well. Although the instructions go on for what seems like forever, they don't say how many cards should be in the box, or how much money, but we four played it and didn't run out of anything. Instructions are included. They go on for 3 1/4 pages and seemed pretty complicated to me. This makes sense, because we all know that politics are complicated. I've priced it on the high side after concluding that I ought to in some way make my family feel better about spending an evening playing this game, only to discover that ice cream at our local grocery store is now $12 a quart. That's $48, because I don't think anybody would be willing to share after giving up an evening of their respective lives that they will never get back. Maybe this is the game you'll want to play on Election Night! Perhaps you have a political friend you'd like to bequeath this to? Give it with a giggle and tell them they are sure to enjoy!
