The wiring inside of the tender is not wired up properly. Some of the trim pieces have been reattached. This item would be a good option for a project train and is being sold as-is. The wheels show signs of wear. There is some light dust on this item. One of the couplers has broken off. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is included.
