The Lego set has never been opened so all the parts, bags, and instructions should be intact. The box is not in mint condition and us a bit dusty due to storage location. It's perfect to give as a present to kids who enjoy building Legos or collectors who really love Legos. Would not recommend giving as a starter kit because it has a lot of complex parts and takes a while to complete despite the claims of Modular Build Easy Start on box.
