The castle itself is 100% complete; however, the minifigures are not the original from the set (except for the ghost). The original set is supposed to come with 4x horses, 10x black knights, 1x wolfpack minifig, and 1x ghost. I had made my own army for the black knights, so I have 1x ghost, 2x horses, and 16x minifigures + several shields, weapons, and extra helmets.
