LOVELY CLASSIC and TIMELESS round faceted smoky quartz cabochon. The ring is accented on both sides with a small diamond. The ring is EXTREMELY HEAVY and made of 18k yellow gold. It is round faceted cabochon measures 5/8"W (at widest point.) This was purchased MANY years ago from Bergdorf Goodman. This has been worn a couple of times and comes from a non-smoking home. The inside is marked, "750 cursive M (for Monica Rich Kosann.") HEAVY ring weighs 23g. The measures approximately 11/16"W, which converts to larger than a size 7 but smaller than a 7 1/4.
