Description: KPM Berlin Hand Painted Floral & Gold Demitasse Cup & Saucer Circa 1870-1945 Very pretty porcelain demitasse cup and saucer in the Alt Brandenstein Pattern / Brandenstein-Relief mold. Decorated with nicely hand painted pink, white, yellow, orange, blue and purple flowers. With gold gilt floral scrollwork along the edge. Marked on the bottom with the blue underglaze scepter mark used by Konigliche Porzellan Manufaktur (Royal Porcelain Manufactory), also known as KPM Berlin, between 1870 and 1945. Also marked with the red overglaze KPM globe. Very minor wear to the gilding, but otherwise excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The cup measures approximately 3 inches wide x 2 inches tall. The saucer measures approximately 4 1/4 inches wide. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.
