Description: Hello and welcome to The House of Chrome. You are looking at a very unique, modern K & M (Konig & Meyer) model microphone stand made in Germany called the 260/1 model. This stand has an uber modern contemporary look with it's ivory white painted finish and will fit any screw on mic or mic clip you plan on using as it has the universal 5/8 X 27 thread as well as the original screw on adapter that takes the AKG mic clips with the smaller thread size. This seldom seen floor stand is mint condition. It's free of any wear whatsoever and makes an excellent platform for just about any mic you have. The 260/1 is appx 8.6 pounds in weight and had an adjustable height of 34 inches low to 62 inches high. It has an easy to use locking center clutch mechanism to adjust the upper riser and lock it into place easily. No issues. The stand comes with the cable clip just below the clutch mechanism to keep your cable close to the stand and keep it in place. The two risers show zero wear. No scratches, nicks, anything. The base has an eggshell white finish that is free of any wear as is the bottom of the base. The base has the rubber built in anti vibration boot that wraps around the entire bezel of the base. It's perfect and helps to prevent any scratches on your floor as well. Overall this stand is an easy 10 on a scale of 1 - 10. This stand will really pop with any midcentury or newer mic you have.
