Featuring a Reading Caboose that illuminates and smokes. Lights tested only and working (see video). Smoking function untested as it requires liquid smoke and not included. Comes with instructions. Box does have some normal wear, tear, marks, creases and corner tip denting due to age and storage. Not an expert collector/professional grader and with limited knowledge of item specifics.
