These typically sell out in the fall and winter at most local sporting good stores. This is the Size you want in you are concerned with Ultra light weight backpacking and a typical 100g (3.53 ounces) canister can last an entire week on the trail. The canister takes up minimal pack space at 3.5 by 2.8 inches and weighs only 7 ounces. Remember this 100g size will also stow inside your jetboil pots and cooking system to conserve space. The 230g and larger sizes hold more fuel but are heavier and will not stow away inside the cooking system taking up valuable space. It will boil a cup of water in under 60 seconds and since it can boil up to 12 liters, (12 x 4.227) = 50 cups! I have personally ignited this stove and it burned it on 3/4 to high heat for 1 Hour and 17 minutes and 31 seconds before canister was empty. That's a lot of cooking time for 100g canister!
